We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our busy and dynamic team at the Caloundra Power Boat Club.

To be successful in this role you will need recent experience as a Duty Manager within a licensed club or pub.
You will hold RSA & RSG qualifications and have a current RMLV.
This role will be varied, fast paced and enjoyable, requiring experience in:
- Managing the operational requirements of a licensed Club or Pub on a day to day basis
- Management of beverage, gaming and food operations
- Ensuring compliance with the Liquor and Gaming Act in Queensland and all other relevant legislation
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for members and guests
- Managing to Club standards and expectations including cleanliness and presentation
- Consistently ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered
- Maintaining a high standard of communication
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- The ability to conduct on the job training for new & existing staff
- The ability to manage conflict
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent judgment
Availability to work shifts 7 days a week 9am to 1am (including public holidays) is a requirement for this role and you must be able to provide a current Police Check.
Experience with KENO will also be highly regarded.
