Who we are looking for

Sous Chefs

We are seeking a full‑time Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This role supports the Head Chef in day‑to‑day operations, including service execution, prep management, staff supervision, and maintaining our high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

You’ll be hands‑on, organised, calm under pressure, and confident leading sections during peak periods.
