SOUS CHEF (Full Time)
The Caloundra Power Boat Club currently has a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our catering team.
The position is full time and you will be working across three outlets at this venue.
QUARTERDECK Restaurant is an open and diverse dining venue including contemporary cuisine, innovative a-la-carte meals and succulent seafood.
GALLEY on PUMICESTONE provides the opportunity to present beautiful Asian influenced meals.
FUNCTIONS – we have three large Function rooms which are serviced from a full seperate kitchen upstairs with views over the Pumicestone Passage.
This is definitely a hands on role, requiring the skills of a natural passionate team leader who desires to present great meals for the club’s daily dining guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a beautiful location overlooking the Pumicestone Passage
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Leading pro-actively, developing & training team members in all kitchen areas.
- Assisting the Catering Management team with menu design, stock ordering and efficient stock control.
- Ensuring the production and presentation of high quality meals in all catering outlets.
BAR ATTENDANT (Part Time)
The Caloundra Power Boat Club currently has a great opportunity for experienced and motivated Hospitality team members across most areas of the Club.
Bar Attendant is one of these roles.
If you have experience in the Bar environment, especially a club, please apply as we would love to add a new team member to this department.
We have three large function rooms overlooking the Pumicestone Passage and you will have the opportunity of working in the Function Beverage department as well.
You will become part of the team and certainly part of our CPBC family as our regular local members make us all feel part of their lives.

COURTESY BUS DRIVER (Part Time)
The Caloundra Power Boat Club currently has a great opportunity for experienced and motivated Hospitality team members across most areas of the Club. Courtesy Bus Driver being one of them.
The Courtesy Bus Driver is a very important position within our team as they certainly become well known to our local members as well as assisting in other areas of the Club.
This is definitely a role that suits someone that has worked in a similar position BUT if you have the correct licence and either have or can get a Drivers Authorisation please don’t hesitate to apply.

KITCHEN HAND REQUIRED (Part Time)
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our friendly and professional team at the CPBC.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• The ability to work within a fast paced restaurant environment.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible availability and working hours including weekend and holidays.
• Working well as a team.
